All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your Imperium Network account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
